still waiting for my R3000 REFUND

The only thing i have experienced experienced with mama money is misery, bad service and all the negative stuff. i made an order to pay someone who was selling me a software and i have never met that person. only to find out that that person is actually a **** and i found out that on my last transaction. i did a payment on the standard bank atm BUT i used a wrong reference. i found out after the ****mer didnt get the money. i called mamamoney to tell them i used the wrong reference and thats when i was informed that the person i was trying to send money to was actually a ****mer who sends money to Nigeria. i asked them if they could then give back the money that i deposited then thats where the problem began. i was told to open a case but the police asked me who am i opening a case for cause they just need to refund me my R3000 as i am a victim. i was taken from pillar to post for something that happened on the 28th October 2024 up until today no refund. i just want my money back from mamamoney.
