Poor service from Mama Money

I have just had a terrible experience with Mama Money. They do not know how to help customers and most of the consultants do not know a lot about their company and how to resolve issues. Sending money to a SADC country is supposed to be an easy process, but it took them the whole week to try and send money and still they couldn't. Their consultants and their so called finance department don't care. Whenever anyone is sending money above R10,000 I can assure you that it will be a bad experience. Splitting amounts is even worse. They have no systems and such companies do not have have a place in modern times of great technology.
