Poor service and very unreliable.

A dear friend of mine sent me money on the 28 of January 2025. Firstly i needed to register to get hold of the money after registering.. I needed to get the mama money card to get the money.it took me about two weeks to get the agents at the shops they were forever not at their work stations to make things worse when i finally found them at the work statio,they don't know the process of receiving money this side but only how to sell cards and register them.. I will never want any oof my friends or family to use this. It is totally unacceptable.
