Not picking calls or responding to whatsapp

You guys what stops you from picking calls? Or even responding on your WhatsApp number? I have already spent an amount of money which I did not planned for to try reach you and I get answered by a machine and queued. I am trying to make a follow up on a ticket logged early this morning, but up to now no one dares yo pick my call
