Not impressed!

My personal experience to date with Mama Money (MM) has been poor. I made a large EFT deposit into my MM wallet. The funds were for someone with an emergency in Zimbabwe. 4 days later, the funds are still not reflecting in my wallet.

Lots of apologies and excuses, including initially incorrectly claiming I had not used the correct reference no, only for them to backtrack when I gave them proof that I had done so. Then they claimed it was a technical glitch on their side and it had been escalated and the funds would reflect asap. I'm still waiting ... as is the person in Zim who has been waiting at the collection point in Zim.

Shame on you Mama Money !! Sort out the basics please and resolve my issue without more excuses and delays !!
