Mama money *****ing money and delivering rtgs

I did send 50 usd to Zimbabwe using mama money and they delivered 49 RTGS on the 8th of November 2019. I did contact mama money to ask what the rate was between usd and the rtgs they said it flactuates. I asked them why they delivered rtgs instead of US dollars as per my order and they told me that they cannot control banks in Zimbabwe. I requested my refund but up to now nothing is forth coming. Do not send money using mama money because they are delivering the money. It happened to me, it can happen to you as well.
