I am genuinely disgusted by the customer service received from that pathetic financial its over two weeks now in counting without receiving my new pin after resetting my pin and with a lot of money stuck inside.

They service is really not professional, I venture to report this matter to the financial services board. to review their FSCA to review their certificate,

If possible In would like to get this review across the globe, so people will not lose their hard earned money by transacting through this ******** app, if only i knew they're a **** would have rather used Mkhuru since they deliver a better service to its clients

i am rating Mama Money 0-100% been taking me for a ride before getting my new pin after countless attempts talking to their useless agents after dailing their USSD provided on their Whatsapp group and Self serving prompts using *134*542#

I intend to share this review on all social media platforms including YouTube thanks for nothing and you can as well keep all the money in my Mama Money account.
