Mama Money poor customer service
I sent money via mama money on Tuesday evening, today is Saturday the recipient has not received the money and that money is meant for hospital use. I reached out to Mama Money several times to resolve this but they are taking me from post to pillar. I need assistance on how to resolve this.

03 Jun 2024, 14:57I spoke to a lady called Rose Tony from Mama Money this morning requesting for my refund since they cant send the money to the recipient, she refused to refund me and said she will make sure it is resolved around 12 noon and give me a call, this is almost 3pm, I have not heard anything from her and I have tried calling several times with no luck. Mama Money please refund me back my money please, sending money cant take a week. Just refund me as I am sick and tired of following up on this!
