Mama money ****med me and stole my R4600

Mama money is full of *******, the service is very poor, they take too long to respond to give you feedback on your case.

7 october 2026 I created a order and went to pick n pay to pay i recieved a receipt of my payment confirming the amount of the order I created.

As I got home I called the person I was sending the money to,to confirm if they have recieved the person said no. I then went on to the app to check what is going on, only to find out my order was canceled with no reasons. I called mama money to no help, I haven't recieved my money R4600. its been 2 days now I am calling them to no help no one seems to help me and refund my money. My mom is very sick and its an emergency that money gets home its for medication. I just want my money and I will never use mama noney again and I recommend it to anyone. You will loose your money, they ***** your money and start telling you stories when you need your money back. Bad bank,bad service and bad customer care
