Mama Money kills a dream

After 2 unsuccessful attempts to transfer money to Botswana and on both occasions Mama Money accepting payment, no transfer to the recipient was made.

3 hours of interface with the WhatsApp help centre has been a complete waste of time. Princy, has no concept and underrating of the app or how the banking transactions work.

The tragedy is this money was intended to help someone get to Shakawe in Botswana to do a crucial drivers licence which would have allowed him to uplift himself and get a job that was being offered to provide for him and his family.

Thanks to Mama Money he will not be able to realise his ambition.
