Mama money is unprofessional

These guys are so unprofessional in their service. My money got deducted but the recipient hasn’t received it. When I tried to contact the customer care, first of all they closed the issue with an incorrect details without acknowledging with me. And then when I followed up they keep on saying they are checking since 2 days yet I haven’t received any solution. And now even if i try to contact within their operating hours they say its closed. Mama money is the new **** it seems
