Mama Money is so Useless, I cant recommend them for anyone

Mama money is acting ********, I do no recommend anyone to use the app. They have withheld my money in their account for over a week now, i have sent proof of payment upon request so they could process my money but nothing has been done .I have made several call to different agents ,spoke to the superiors to no avail, they insist I should be patient, but for how long .All I need now is my refund and they can not even facilitate that. I am beyond frustrated. The people am sending money to for school are not allowed to enter school again because Mama money is failing to do their job.
