MAMA MONEY - A BIG **** OF EMPLOYEES

On the 27 April 2024, I made an EFT payment to a receipent using Reference ***. Unfortunately the Reference number was incorrect, however despite trying to contact Mama Money on several occasions to return this money has proven unsuccessful. This also includes the proof of payment. The amount of R2970 is in the incorrect Reference number, but the illiterate employee cannot understand. This bunch of ****mers from mama money want to take the money for themselves. Previously, I had three similar issues and lost the money. These ****mers at mama money are refusing to return the money as they are taking it for themselves. I wish to highlight to other people using mama money to beware of these ****mers operating from within the company.
