Horrible customer service and delayed payments...stay away!!

Stay away from this company. The App is user friendly however the service is appalling. They mention that a cash transfer is immediate however this is not the case. I made a cash transfer on friday 24th, on the 26th I was told there is a delay and to resubmit , which I did. It is now the 29th and still the money is delayed and has not been received by the recipient. When you use there WhatsApp number for assistance it's like talking to a robot. All they say is "we apologise, please be patient" then they close the chat. Don't even bother with the call centre, all they say is "we will look into it" or hang up. When you tell them to cancel the transfer since it's in limbo, they tell you to wait till it clear. Pathetic customer service!!!! I would NOT recommend this service at all. Stay away!!!
