DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MAMA MONEY!
THIS MAMA MONEY IS A ****!!!! DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM!! I have been trying to contact them for a week. There two phone numbers do not work. The WhatsApp was designed by someone who is a lunatic. In effect they are a *****ulent orginisation. I will be taking the matter up with the Banking Registrar and the South African Reserve Bank. I will strongly recommend thet Mama Money has it's financial lisenses revoked and is prevented from being involved in finance.

As soon as I saw the missed call, I tried to phone then back at ***, that number is still not working!!!! Why the hell did they not try to contact me again in 30 minutes? THIS IS NOT EFFICIENT SERVICE. I have already sent an email to the South African Reserve Bank and the Banking Registrar with a request for investigation into Mama Money's apparant *****ulent activity. What kind of Micky Mouse organisation is this Mama Money, when they are NOT contactable??? Disgusting show for that business! Avoid doing anything with them, you will loose your money! From Godwin. 08 Oct 2025, 10:49This morning I was contacted by a very pleasant lady from Mama Money. Her name is Monique. She heard my complaints about not having Mama Money phone numbers that work. She went through all the systems of the account. Also she said she would escalate certain aspects of the account that need improving. EG. Allowing international online purchases. Increasing the balance limit of the account from R25000. Addressing the non operative phone numbers and looking to the limited aspect of their WhatsApp line, amongst other aspects. One thing I did not ask her about is if the account holder is sent an sms of balance update with every transaction. Overall, Mama Money does pose to be a rather good alternative (with present limitations) to the thoroughly nasty and bad client service of commercial banks in South Africa as an everyday transaction card, Mama Money is good.
