Delayed processing of paid transfer for 1 week
I am not happy at all with the way you have treated me. Today marks exactly 7days since I had a family emergency and used your services to send money to Cameroon, this was a cash payment at shoprite as I usually do but to my greatest surprise I keep receiving the same excusing from your staffs on how my transaction has been delayed, for 1 week can you just imaging the troubles I have been facing because of this ? I had to borrow from other sourcing to meet up with the emergency and I have not even been able to pay back. This is not good, I have been using your services for many years and this is my first bad experience and it hurts so bad. I even requested for a refund but was told once the transaction is under processing they is nothing I can do. Please do the right thing. I am out of patience
