Security Sleeping on the job

Upon entering store, the security guard was on the phone and did not care to assist us. As we stood waiting for assistance only after making a comment, we were advised by a consultant to write down our details and sanitize.

It is rather sad to have not been assisted and advised of the process when entering store. I find it highly frustrating to have treated like this especially when a new client is requesting for new business.

I do like to say thank you to the consultant who the error in the situation, it was appreciated.
