Poor service

It was March dis year when me and my cousins went to nedbank mall @carnival to add more members in our society to my surprise when I ask for proof that they have been included the lady who we left the documents with misplaced them and she apparently resigned this is the second time this is happening every time we ask nedbank staff @mall@carnival to add our new members they either don't do it or they ignore our request this is far the worst experience I have again re-requsted Lian Dekker to include our new member who should have been included March already to include the and I hope he will include them because this is a matter of urgency considering the 6 month waiting period for natural causes
