Poor, disrespectful and ****** service

<p>So today I was at Mall@Carnival with my boyfriend. We got in and he wanted to use a toilet so we decided to use the disability toilet as there was no queue and the passage wasn't busy. While my boyfriend was busy urinating and I was busy on my phone waiting for him the security guards kept on knocr and telling us to come out. Well we waited for my boyfriend to finish as his zip was down. We opened the door and the security guard was very mean and when we explained that there was no queue hence we got in there he told us that WE SHOULDN'T USE THE DISABILITY TOILET BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO GET COMPLAINS VIA EMAILS FROM WHITE PEOPLE. So I was shocked to think that as a Black person I can't use a toilet because a White person will complain. We were told that the toilet is for only disabled toilets, we have to use either male or female coz we not disabled but as we were talking with the guard a White woman came with a baby and said she wants to go in, which we never had a problem with but couldn't they have told her the toilets were for disabled people? Couldn't they have told her that she must look for family toilets? Or we are Blacks we need to understand? I wish Carnival Mall had staff that understands that everyone at Cart should be treated the same. I do not understand why I should stop using the disabled toilet coz White people will complain, why can't I just stop uaing the toilet coz its for disabled people? Their approach was very bad, including their female supervisor. The toilets are the ones opposite Standard Bank branch. I do not appreciate what happened at Carnival Mall and I just wish all Black people will be treated with respect and dignity. </p>
