Misinformation about the services provided by Mall @ Carnival center management

I called complete family clinic because I am sick and there was no response. I called the center management office checking if the clinic is open and they told me that it is open but closes early. I asked him if he is sure with the information he is giving me because I will be driving from far and confirmed that they are open. On arrival the clinic is closed. I called the center management again and he is blaming the previous call taker. My problem is why am I misinformed by the center management staff. Why there is no system to update their information for them to give the right information. Who will reimburse my time and petrol?
