Manhattan 3 Piece Lounge Suite

Bought a lounge Suite @Carnivall Mall End Nov 2021.Dec 2021 the 1st Complaint was lodge was only attended to in March 2022.Was with half a lounge Suite untill. Mid May 2022 when it was exchanged.This set is even worse than the first one.Took videos and pictures send it to the sales consultant who did nothing.I had to report and lodge the complaint myself over the phone.Asked numerous times for a credit note.Went to the store a few tines Manager is off Phoned a few times Manager is not in Manager is not available Manager is on Lunch Manager is out No wonder things don't get done.Material is very loose on a few places stitches is coming loose and is very scew material looks like sample material with scratches all over bubbles on the sides of the lounge Suite and NO spunge on the armrests.
