I went to KFC Carnival mall to buy a family treat on the 6th of September 2023,then I left. When I got home my family started eating and the meat was off and tasted sour,I then called KFC Carnival and a lady named Gugu answered the phone,I explained and she then said I'm the second customer to complain and she told me to bring the meat along with the bones and she replaced the meat with six pieces for free😀😘 thank you so much team KFC Carnival and shout out to Gugu for your politeness,with a sweet and excited voice KFC is blessed to have someone like you go team Gugu🪷
