Good and bad service

I went to FNB voortrekker street in brakpan the service there was pathetic I went there 3 times to change my personal details they couldn't help me the supervisor there was very useless and doesn't give a damn about her customers I even threatened to close my account and go to another bank then she promised to call me in 2days time till today I'm still waiting for her call After 4days I was so angry and frustrated because this was stopping my investment to be paid into my account I went to carnival mall FNB with the intention of closing my account when I got there i was attended by a lady by the surname mpembe I can't remember her first name she was so extremely excellent she made me laugh I even forgot that I went there to close my account she sorted my problem within 2minutes she has a thing that I cannot explain patients and love for her customers she actually saved FNB from loosing their customer of many year's I'll never set my foot to the voortrekker branch again I I will go to carnival branch although it's a bit far but it's worth it if I had the powers I would fire the supervisor at voortrekker I don't how she got that position
