Disappointed

Last week Saturday I went there to change my contract from 20 gig to the September deal for 30 gig. To my surprise I made all the extra cost payment agreement, I have paper saying everything has been changed and agreed upon.

But it's not changed I still got the 20 gig. I don't know what to do. I spent my money and time going there because I need the 30 gig. I still want it.
