Disable parking
We are regular customers battle to get disable parking for government approval disable persons. My mother is disable and battles to get out in a normal parking. She need space. Every time she goes to mall@carnival she battles to get parking and need to drive all over to get a disable parking as the security is allowing anybody to park with a non approved disable sticker. She went to complain about it 2 weeks ago and they didn't even know that the blue disable sticker that is approve by government with the stamp is the only legit disable sticker that is allowed. As you stand in front of the government explain your disability. What a discomfort to them to get approval and normal person abuse. Today the Security open the disable space for an older person. Note that they are old not disable. My mother need to battle to get out in a normal parking because nowhere was space. My suggestion get up to shape regarding the legal disable sticker ,supply more restricted parking for pensioners and disable persons. Why do they need to battle when normal people use the parking area if they are to useless to walk. Please get your act together before we loose interest to shop at mall@carnival
