DIRTY SMELLY BATHROOMS

We went to Mall @ Carnival on 2 separate occasions, The ladies bathrooms are so dirty , I could not even go in there, The smell is horrible , The toilets are blocked , There was not Toilet paper, The toilet it self was so dirty, I never ever seen such dirty bathrooms in my life, on both floors Ground and first floor.

Really this is so unhygienic, This is horrific to see and the smell in there is bad.
