An almost fatal accident by a trolley falling down escalators

I was at the mall today 23/01/2020 at 6:45 and we had just had a meal with my 7 year old son at Spur.We then walked to the escalator and as we were coming down we heard a big banging noise and heard my son screaming as he was left behind me.It was a big metal trolley tumbling down.It missed my son by inches as I quickly pulled him away.It really left him traumatized as everyone that saw knew that the trolley would have either hurt or ****ed my son.My point here is that the securities were supposed to have removed that trolley, 2. Why does the Centre not have a barricade pole to prevent such incidents from happening.Just thinking of what could have happened to my son leaves me paralyzed.I will never look at that mall the same way again nor will my son ever see himself using escalators ever again.
