Malawian Airlines sad service

I traveled to Blantyre and my suitcase lock and zip has been completely broken out but nothing was ******. I reported it at the airport and with the local Malawian Airline office. I returned with the ripped-open suitcase 11 days later, all wrapped to keep it together. Did email them when back at the office in RSA but Still no communication regarding my complaint/insurance claim. These flights are exuberant costly and this is their service!
