If you don’t want your deposit back, then use them. You will be told the house needs to be painted when you move out but when you moved in it was not painted. And guess what, they will deduct the money from your deposit. After they have finished your deposit they will send you messages demanding more money and threatening you with legal action. Malan properties you should be ashamed of yourselves, a disgrace you are for looting people’s hard earned money in this economy!!!!
