Pathetic Company employees does not want to DO their JOB.
This Company is the worst. When we moved in they were late to give us the keys. None of the items we reported as broken was Repaired, They Never give feedback when you need it. Now when you move out they neglect their own duties and we have to pay for it. Left the Premises on the 31st of July and we are now on the 17th of August still Nothing done regarding our deposit. You have to keep calling and they keep making Promises. This is one Pathetic Company and anyone that thinks they want to do business with them PLEASE DON'T you will be the fool at the end of the day.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
If you don’t want your deposit back, then use them. You will be told the house needs to be painted when you move out but when you moved in it was not painted. And guess what, they will deduct the money from your deposit. After they have finished your deposit they will send you messages demanding more money and threatening you with legal action. Malan properties you should be ashamed of yourselves, a disgrace you are for looting people’s hard earned money in this economy!!!!

VERY MUSCH DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY JANIQUE FROM MALAN PROPERTIES, DID NOT APPRECIATE THE WAY YOU EVEN SPOKE TO ME ON WHATSAPP, YOU SHOWED ***OL RESPECT TO ME. TELLING ME YOU DONT EVEN WANT ME AS A CLIENT AFTER TELLING YOU HOW BAD YOU TREATED ME AFTER I SENT ALL MY DOCUMENTS AND APPLICATION YOU DID NOT BOTHER TO TELL ME THAT ITS BEEN TAKEN NOW YOU WAITED FOR ME TO CALL AND THEN BOOM JUST LIKE THAT ITS TAKEN??? HONESTLY I DID NOT APPRECIATE IT AT ALL. TRY WORK PROFFESSIONALLY AND LET CLIENTS KNOW IT TIME NEXT TIME.
