Builder run away with money

the builder from Makalakalan(Hennie de Villiers) he is from Alberton somewhere, had been paid for renovating projects at my home which I have paid for but he never came back to do the work. He swindeled me out of the money by saying he needed it to by material before prices goes up, or either to pay salaries. The work that he did do is of such bad workmanship that we had to pay other contractors to com fix up the mess, Plumbing pipes leaking, walls build skew, windows not lining up is some of the issues we were faced with. I have send numerous sms messages which he ignores I have tried phoning him but he just don’t pick the phone up. The total of money for which he was paid for and did not do a thing was R114000.00 that being appart from the money's spend to fix the errors. He also do not stick to his quotes, he will charge you for tiles and assessories only to find you have to buy them extra?? Be very aware of this contractor
