Hi, I would like to report the man who ****** us. His name is Hennie ,he claimed to be a plumber from the reputable store in Alberton,the store is newly opened the man claimed to be a a plumber and and construction owner with 40 years in business. The man left our home on Friday the 01/05/2026 with pipes leaking all 5 of them.Our newly fitted kitchen has been on water since,we had to close the meter.Yesterday the man came in claiming the guy to help him fit the filters in the sink is coming soon .He proceeded to the bathroom where he left our toilet dissembled on the 01/ 5/2026. He left the toilet on a worse state than before,the toilet couldn't even flush a tissue.Another thing,he never notified us of his skin problem.His blood was on the floor and our newly fitted stove handle,that was terrifying and he responded lightly on it yet the blood is a risky issue.Only him and his son were aware of it untill I noticed asked.My children were terrified. The man is not responding to my calls nor WhatsApp like before.To this day he never showed up ,we hardly slept yesterday drying the cupboards,I sent him pictures,as during weekends our water is on low ,no pressure during the day .He kept on denying there are leakages.Actually he dismissed me whenever I tell him the problem he created. The man must be stopped, he must stay at home.He messes up big time,HE destroyed us yet he took our money.I need it or part of it.He damages instead of fixing or installing.The other plumber had trouble to fix as he fixed the sink with silicone already yet he did nothing.We got charged a lot of money yet again.The man acts as if he knows the duty yet he knows nothing at all.The damage is worse. I would like to hear from you concerning this issue,am not in a position to argue or any ups and downs .I can send the pictures of his terrible job. I trust I will be highly attended.
