Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! I signed an agreement with Maison Carbon Logistics but without may knowledge they subcontracted the move to another company. Some of the items on the list were not on the truck when they delivered and I was promised that it will reach me within the next week. Maison Carbon Logistics even send me a photo of the missing items! Half of it were delivered only 3 months later. The other items are up to this date (13 months later!) still outstanding. I communicated numerous times with Maison Carbon Logistics as well as the sub contractor about the outstanding items. Although I paid an additional insurance premium to cover lost or broken items, Maison Carbon Logistics as well as the subcontractor just does not reply.
