Worst Experience Ever

They don't even deserve a star. Horrible experience with this company a bunch of unprofessional people worse of that Mason guy who's quick to offer quotes but unreliable.

I had a booking for 12pm on the day I was moving out. They only arrived at 5pm a whole six hours late. Throughout the day I called trying to find out what is happening was told different stories. Not even a since apology and the funny thing is there had the Audacity to try and rush me and the understanding caretaker who had to wait to do inspection of my unit because it was getting late and the guys who he gets off off steeet stayed far. Even got a call by mason trying to put blame on me that I was taking to long and inspections don't happen, that the places they have serviced before have never had inspections imagine, stupid guy.

He doesn't even realize the inconviemce he causes people.

I highly wouldnt recommend them, please take in consideration every negative review on here.
