Polite and proffessional

We had to move our furniture from Boksburg to Durban on Saturday and were advised the shared load would take 7-9 days. On Monday we were pleasantly surprised that they would deliver in the morning. We requested the delivery to be at 13h00 as no one would be home in the morning. Maison Carbon was accommodating. There were problems with a driver not arriving to collect from the warehouse, the office staff kept us informed until the delivery eventually happened hours later. The collecting and delivery teams were polite and professional. We were so relieved we didn't have to spend the night on the floor.
