For everyone that’s looking for a short review: RUN VERY FAST AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. For everyone that wants a detailed review: We used this company for the first time, to start it off we had arranged almost a month and a half in advance to have a pickup on the Monday, an hour past the agreed time we phoned the driver who knew absolutely nothing of the sort about picking up our furniture 4 HOURS LATER a truck arrived that was too small. This was now in the evening and they had to come back with a trailer the following day to pick up the remainder of the furniture (everything was detailed and correct in our inventory list they had received prior to the plan) The promised delivery date was Friday. Then we received a revised quote of an extra R3k because “we had more stuff than anticipated and in order to ensure your things are safe we had to drop another client and because of this your delivery is now for Saturday afternoon” Saturday came and nothing. The truck broke down. Until Sunday. Then the promised delivery was now Monday between 2pm and 3pm. The truck arrived at 18:20. When they opened the truck EVERYTHING was damaged. Boxes were wet, torn open, re sealed, items (PS5) magically fell out the box and just went missing along with the controllers but nothing else, boxes were missing as well. They refused to take our fridge, washing machines, dishwasher or anything heavy into the house but instead left it in the garage for us to do ourselves. After BEGGING for 5 minutes they agreed to bring the fridge in only. There was no care for our boxes, no care for our furniture. Almost everything is broken, damaged or just shattered. If you’re looking to break all of your things, get promised deadlines that don’t deliver, have your items go “missing” then by all means - this is the company for you. No regard for anything.
