Misleading Promises and No Delivery After Two Months

I was told before contracting that the company had facilities in Cape Town where my furniture would be moved after collection on 28 July 2025. Based on that, I trusted them to handle my move.

The first confirmed delivery was meant for 9 September, then changed to 1 October at 13:00 — yet I still haven’t received my furniture. My calls and messages are now being ignored.

It’s unacceptable to keep customers waiting this long without updates or accountability. After two months of patience and broken promises, I can confidently say their service and reliability are non-existent.
