I got ****med by Maison Carbon Logistics and never received service

They don't even deserve a star. Horrible experience with this company a whole lot of unprofessional people worse of that Mason guy who's quick to offer quotes with lots of terms and conditions only in their favour and never the customer a ****mer of note.

I had a booking for 30th of June for 8am on the day I was moving out. I sent Maison my location at 7am to which he responded minutes later confirming the driver is on the way.

At 9am after I initiated a call to confirm the whereabouts of the driver, to my dismay they are running late because they are moving another client and they can only get to me by 12pm, such a big inconvenience on my end as inspections were booked for 10am, I didn’t have a lot property to move so from 8 am to 10 am was sufficient time to move out my property.

Luckily I had another moving company on stand by and managed to move my property but I was an hour late for inspections regardless.

I requested for my deposit back from Maison for services never rendered to me, he ignores my calls and emails to this day I never got my money back, I was literally ****med by this company. I will never ever use this company or even recommend anyone to do business with Maison carbon logistics.

This man does not care for people and very inhuman, not even a single apology from him.
