Horrible experience moving from Pretoria to George

Maison agreed to deliver my household goods on a certain date (which was stated in no uncertain terms in the contract, quote, invoice, and confirmed telephonically) and my goods arrived 3 days late. The explanation was that someone else cancelled and they were waiting for the load to be filled. My goods were damaged and dirty upon arrival. My potplants arrived dead and pots broken. I submitted a claim to Maison and they are simply not replying to me at all. I feel like they only cared about payment and nothing else. It was a horrible experience and I will not recommend them to anyone.
