Disastrous and unprofessional

What a disaster. They arrived a day late to collect goods in JHB for CT and despite confirming a critical collection and delivery date, they arrived 8 days late in CT (even though they contracted and guaranteed to deliver a maximum of 3 days after collection - 11 days to get from JHB to CT!) During this time there was no communication forthcoming, despite my relentless contacts with them. They didn't appear to know where the truck was or when I could expect the goods, only to say it was now going via George and other towns. When they did arrive, boxes had been opened and goods ******. Furniture was scratched and damaged, and picture glass broken. Stay away from this company, never have I experienced such disinterest along with ********* and unprofessional behaviour.
