Disappointed

I've been scanning my receipts for cashback rewards with Maholla app. I accumulated redeemable points for airtime. I redeemed them on the 13/02/2023.Unfortunately I didn't receive airtime, but the app results says account is been recharged. I contacted help center. I'm being told no account is linked to my fone number on their server.
