WORST EVER SERVICE MAHINDRA !

We got our Mahindra serviced at Bloemfontein.On return of the vehicle several of the jobs was not done which we got charged for.Day 2 the bakkie died on usa needed to be towed in by Mahindra Cradock.On deeper investigation "pirot -old" got put in - some left out and we got charged for it all.The garages sorted it out for new - the right ones - parts and Mahindra South Africa Complaints got involved.We needed to phone them - give the complaint.Follow up every almost second day.Not once did they get back to us with a follow up - the message - this has been escalated to management,This will be day 28 when we get our bakkie back next Wednesday.EWe need to drive 570 km to get the bakkie.All and all - what a big mistake we made to buy a Mahindra - i dont thinkthe product is so bad but the service from goundlevel up is worst ever!! China is coming and India might leave soon - this is realy bad!
