Worse service ever

Good day. I bought a 2019 mahindra Kuv in January.after having knocked from another vehicle and given to the insurance for claiming, It had such a small dent on the bumper and boot but has taken over 6months for a replacement or to be fixed. The panelbeater which are HJ Bosch and sons that have difficulties "receiving the incorrect parts every 3months". I would like to know if anyone can suggest how to cancel my vehicle with mahindra and get my money back.
