WHY SHOULD I PAY MAHINDRA FOR A BROKEN VEHICLE

<p>In May 2014 I drove the Sunyong to Mahindra garage in Witbank. Witbank is the nearest agent. About 3 months later there was agreement that a dyna company will come and fetch the vehicle. Mahindra agreed to pay the dyna company and I will pay the balance to Mahindra.the dyna company towed the vehicle to their premises because the vehicle didnt want to start.the dyna company stated that Mahindra bore holes with washers so that the fuel injection would fit. According to Mahindra the 1 injector didnt fit and they had to make the hole bigger. Since when does Mahindra modify vehicles so that the spares would fit? Modifications is not suppose to be made without the clients consent? The dyna company fixed the vehicle so that it would be in a driving condition but not r I had to pay R3200 and replace the battery for R1200 which Mahindra broke. We towed the vehicle to Sunyong. They stated that the fuel injectors was faulty and had to be fixed. Sunyong send the vehicle to Van Rooyens. They stated that nobody worked on the fuel injectors. The fuel injectors was repaired by TW Witbank for over R8000.if Mahinda repaired the fuel injectors why did I again have to pay for it? Again the car would not start. How is it possible that 2 agents could not start a vehicle. After R3200 i had to tow the car out of Sunyoung in Middelburg's garage to my dads home. The sherriff came to my dads house to deliver the judgement for R11800 from Mahindra. How am I suppose to pay for a car which didnt even want to start?</p>
