Why need sales person...

I received my vehicle the 13th of April 2015 around 5:45pm, after about a 4 week struggle which I did all the follow-up work on behalf of the sales clerk @ Mahindra Tzaneen. I know that my sale was a difficult one because my mother had to sign surety, but that is not why I am so upset. So I received my vehicle the 13th and was informed by the sales person that in a weeks time they would contact me regarding my registration for the vehicle with my new number plates....none of the above happened I had to phone them regarding all that which I got a reply the banks are busy and everyone is on leave with all of the holidays the past few weeks.<br> So I phone Mahindra Tzaneen yesterday ( 4th of May 2015 ) and asked if everything is in order so I can come and collect my plates and licence disc, which I got a reply that the lady that was suppose to sort everything out was on 3 weeks leave after her wedding and she only came back today with loads of work!!!! <br> I asked him \Is there not anyone else who could've just taken over until she came back ?"He said she is the only one who does these things.
