What an excuse for client service

They told me to book my vehicle in at 8 in the morning and i did. I went to the msll ect. Doing my things, ect. When i came back 13:00 my vehicle was still outside where I parked it and they have not even attempted to attend to it. This is not the first time. Then to put the cherry on the cake their attitude stinks!!! My software is still bugging around for the 5th time they \updated"it. My car's lights suddenly just switches off by itself. ... so ja.
