Warrantee work

Your Branch in Ontdekker advise me that you have declined a warrantee part that was supposed to be fixed while under warrantee, but there employee that was suppose to order part or claim warrantee resigned and never did it, now 60 000 km later after every service I complained about it and they said they will get back to me, only when I started to swear they said sorry its not their problem and the employee is not working there any more I must take it up with Mahindra SA
