Urgent Issues with My Mahindra Karoo Dew – No Response from Customer Care

I purchased my Mahindra Karoo Dew in late 2023 in Johannesburg, and I have encountered several issues with the vehicle. Despite raising these concerns, I have received little to no feedback from Mahindra’s customer care, technical department, or the service garage. Mud Flaps Issue: The front mud flaps fell off by the time I got home. It appears the tires are too large for the vehicle, causing the mud flaps to detach. When I took it back to the dealership, they reattached the mud flaps, but they fell off again before I even left. This clearly indicates a design or fitment issue that needs to be addressed. Temperature Sensor Issue: The main computer panel is displaying incorrect temperature readings. When the outside temperature is 30°C, the dashboard incorrectly shows -6°C. This is a serious fault, and despite reporting it, I have received no response on how it will be fixed. Fog Light Issue: The fog lights are misting up, indicating that moisture is entering them. Again, there has been no feedback on whether they will be repaired or replaced. It is extremely frustrating that Mahindra's customer care and technical staff seem to avoid providing proper support. Every time I reach out, the call center agents relay the concerns, but no one from the technical team follows up. The garages I have visited are also unable to provide any assistance or direct contact with Mahindra South Africa or Mahindra India. I am requesting an urgent response with clear solutions for these ongoing issues. I trust that Mahindra India would not treat its customers the way Mahindra South Africa is currently handling this matter. Please advise on the next steps to resolve these problems. I expect a prompt and professional response.

I am writing to formally express my frustration with the ongoing issue that remains unresolved. While I acknowledge that the deanship has been responsive, the core of the problem lies with the head office, which has not taken the necessary steps to address and rectify the situation.
The lack of action and professionalism from the head office has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I urge you to escalate this matter and ensure that an appropriate resolution is reached as soon as possible.
