unbelievable bad service Mahindra Brits Spares Department

i am utterly disappointed with Mahindra Bris and their Spares Department. Ordered the bolts to fasten the brake caliper to wheel assembly and a couple of days later (when i phoned them) the parts has arrived ... drove there ... only to find out that they have ordered the wrong parts... happily they agreed to reimburse me for the parts wrongly ordered and hoping it does not take forever...

But the part that baffles me completely is that Mahindra Brits basically refused to order the correct parts fir me ... and directed me to the local Nuts&Bolts shop to buy !!!

Do they not have any confidence in their own supp**** parts ?

i have no confidence to take my vehicle back there for anything... and cannot support this branch at all
