TOTAL BAD SERVICE AT (MAHINDRA TOKAI)

This branch doesn't know what it is doing. They reported I needed my timing belt replaced at 75000km, but nothing was stripped to check, nor were my old parts returned to me. I then realised that they replaced parts that didn't need to be replacedand then billed me for additional parts to correct their mistakes. The workshop manager(Neil) is clueless. BAD SERVICE AT (TOKAI) BRANCH. Reported to the manager(Jessica Robinson) and dealer principal(Johann), and nothing was done.

I have no faith in the workmanship of this branch.

They let me spend over R30k. Money I didn't have and had to borrow

Avoid this branch as they will charge you for parts your car does not require.
